Architecture Contest in Poland 2010
3ds max, Photoshop, VRay
September 2011

It was a hard architecture competition in Poland (Poznan city) in 2010. Almost 50 teams had participated. The aim was to change a central place inside a Old Market in Poznan. This piece of work which i'm releasing had not won, but i'm proud about work which i've done. Almost 40-50% work was done in photoshop (especially interiors and night view). Rendering in 3d Max 9, Vray 1.5 SP5, modelling in sketchup and 3d Max, postpro Photoshop CS2. Original size of renders - 4200x1950 (rendered at 2 machines with 4 cores processors and 4GB Ram- one render took circa about 70-80 minutes).
As you can see at render of front facade (third render) i had to remove a big part of photo (in rest of six views which i'm not releasing i have to remove and exchange not so big parts of photos). I haveto put in empty place 2 rendered old buildings stylized in renesans style. Time was not my friend, and i have no chance to prepare 3d model of roof - actually it's just textured flat object:( Roof, facades, windows, master plan and interior details has changed over 20 times in 7 days (like other parts of buildings too). Typical architectural contest mood
All comments are welcome (about lighting, camera view angles, composition, colours, details etc.)
Big greetings from Poland
